Salary Range: $18.00 - $19.00 Hourly
Schedule:
8:00 AM-6:00 PM Thursday
- Sunday or 8:00 AM-6:00 PM Friday
- Monday.

DME Customer Service RepresentativeJob Summary
The Customer Service Representative will interact with the company customers via phone and email by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
Duties / Responsibilities- Interacts with customers via telephone and email to provide support and information on rental/sales transactions and logistics processes.
- Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
- Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the appropriate staff.
- Ensures the appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints or concerns.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Excellent communication skills including active listening.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
- Flexibility to work alternating holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience required.
- Medical equipment experience preferred.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
