You will:

• Answer a large volume of calls and internet requests, schedule/reschedule auto repair/maintenance service appointments, provide excellent customer service, and more.
• Provide information to customers about auto services and promotions
• Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations and customer service excellence.

• Good communication, customer service and computer skills
• A good work ethic and positive attitude
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent service
• High school diploma
