School Psychologist – Full-Time | Immediate Start | Illinois Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a compassionate and collaborative School Psychologist to join a supportive educational team for the current school year. This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally within an inclusive learning environment. As a School Psychologist, you'll play a key role in promoting student success through assessment, intervention, and consultation.
You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, provide counseling, and work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure that every student receives the support they need to reach their potential. Beyond testing and data, this position emphasizes proactive engagement—creating school-wide systems that promote wellness, resilience, and emotional safety. You'll also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop intervention plans, facilitate problem-solving meetings, and guide staff in evidence-based practices that improve student outcomes.
Whether helping an individual student navigate challenges or contributing to broader wellness initiatives, your work will directly enhance the overall educational experience.
Requirements Prior experience in a school-based setting is preferred. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or Educational Psychology. Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist endorsement.
