Required:
A current SUB or PEL license, registered in DuPage County until date of expiration. Certificate of Physician Signature, dated within the past 90 days, clearing a substitute for employment. Sealed, official transcripts. Additional Information:
Please complete an application in Applicant Tracking to be invited to the District 205 Substitute Orientation. All potential substitutes must attend an orientation prior to becoming an active substitute.
