Special Education Teacher

This role is a special education teacher on a 16-week contract in Elmhurst, Illinois, paid up to $55 per hour. The teacher will provide individualized support to students with special needs, enhancing learning outcomes.

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
• Deliver instructional lessons tailored to each student's unique needs.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to integrate accommodations.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior.
• Participate in team meetings to assess and adjust instructional strategies.
• Provide professional development and support to peers as needed.
