Are you passionate about helping students navigate academic, social, and emotional challenges? Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with an Illinois school district to hire a Bilingual (Spanish/English) School Counselor for a full-time temporary assignment. This rewarding opportunity runs August 11 through November 16 and serves a vibrant middle school community.

As a trusted advocate for students, you'll provide individual and group counseling, collaborate with educators and families, and help create a positive, inclusive school culture where every student feels supported. Position Overview

This full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week with a paid lunch. You'll work closely with administrators, teachers, and student support staff to address students' academic, behavioral, social, and emotional needs while promoting overall student well‑being and success.

Requirements
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Previous school counseling experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and school personnel.
  • Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Counselor endorsement.
  • Commitment to supporting the academic achievement and emotional well‑being of middle school students.
