As a Part-time Middle School Instructional Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting our middle school program. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with classroom teachers to assist in meeting the diverse learning needs of our students.

• Engage with students in their social studies classroom to provide targeted learning support and help them achieve their academic goals.
• Provide lunchroom supervision at the elementary school.
• Support our PE teacher on Monday and Thursday afternoons in 6th grade.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers around resources and materials for small group instruction.
• Conduct small group instruction sessions to reinforce and enhance students' understanding of academic subjects.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Uphold school policies and procedures while promoting a safe and respectful learning environment.

• Paraprofessional license or teaching certification.
• Experience working with middle school-aged children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and other staff members.
• Flexibility to adapt to the unique needs of each student.
• Strong commitment to Christian values and the ability to integrate them into daily interactions and activities.
