Up to $130K base + 10% bonus

What You’ll Be Doing Work directly with customers to define new product applications, specifications, timelines, and cost targets

Modify and configure products to meet customer requirements

Generate pricing quotations and technical submittals

Manage and monitor KPIs for assigned product lines

Develop customer-specific service programs

Troubleshoot and support chillers in the field

Collaborate closely with Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure customer expectations are met Communicate technical, service, and pricing updates to OEM customers

What They’re Looking For Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Strong organizational and project management skills

Excellent communication and customer interaction abilities

Ability to solve technical problems in a hands-on environment

Positive attitude and willingness to support the team Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and customers

Preferred Experience Refrigeration or HVAC systems knowledge

Product Management or Application Engineering experience

Experience supporting technical products in a manufacturing environment
