Are you an engineer who enjoys solving technical problems, working directly with customers, and making a real impact? We're looking for a Product Service Engineer to join a collaborative team supporting highly engineered industrial cooling systems used in advanced technology and medical applications.
In this role, you'll combine hands-on troubleshooting with customer support, partnering with engineering, service providers, and end users to keep critical equipment operating at peak performance. What You'll Do- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues involving refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, fluid, and control systems.
- Respond to customer service requests by phone, email, and remote monitoring tools.
- Coordinate with third-party service providers to resolve equipment issues in the field.
- Support on-site troubleshooting and commissioning activities when needed.
- Coordinate replacement parts and service logistics to minimize equipment downtime.
- Prepare service reports and communicate project status to customers and internal teams.
- Escalate critical issues and collaborate with engineering to drive long-term product improvements.
- Provide technical training and support to customers, service partners, and internal teams.
- Assist with project planning and startup activities to ensure successful equipment installation and operation.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Approximately 1-3 years of engineering experience; HVAC, refrigeration, thermal systems, or industrial equipment experience is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Experience working with ERP systems and standard business software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn.
- Work on highly engineered products supporting cutting-edge technologies and medical applications.
