Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A)

This is a rapidly growing manufacturing and logistics company located in Chicago seeking a sharp, capable Senior Financial Analyst for the Financial Planning & Analysis Team. The role provides opportunities to work with an accomplished Director of FP&A and CFO. The company has demonstrated sustained growth in revenue and profit and offers opportunities as the team expands.

• Build financial models to aid in financial decision making (Cap Ex., Acquisitions, etc.).
• Drive process enhancements in reporting, forecasting, and budgeting through automation and system improvements.
• Work collaboratively with the Treasury function (13 week rolling cash flow forecasting).
• Perform ad-hoc projects and reporting to enhance business profitability.
• Prepare the month-end reporting package: P&L, Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flows and the respective variance analysis.
• Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and forecast.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar analytical role.
• SAP or Oracle knowledge highly desired.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule with a target salary of $90,000–$120,000 based on experience. Must reside in the Chicagoland area.

Annual Cash Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 plus bonus.
