$160,000k-$180,000k + bonus

Global, multibillion-dollar manufacturing company is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to join the finance team. This role supports corporate FP&A activities and liaises with business units, offering a path for impact within a growing, dynamic organization.

• Report to the VP of FP&A. Prepare management reports, plan and forecast corporate operating expenses, manage the corporate allocations process, and provide overall finance support for corporate functions. Interface with all corporate functions and business unit finance.
• Lead analysis of financial information to determine present and future financial performance; coordinate monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting, and annual planning processes.
• Partner with various business units and leadership to provide guidance on reports, analytics, strategic plans, business plans, and targets.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L analysis, risk and opportunity analysis, and bridge comments to illuminate insights into the business.
• Prepare and present quarterly presentations to leadership.
• Ensure consistency between operating strategy of the business unit and its financial forecasts.
• Identify opportunities to streamline work, improve processes, and drive effective data analytics for quality performance management discussions and better decision-making.
• Support the monthly close consolidation process by preparing variance analysis and reporting of results for multiple business units.
• Lead cross-functional teams on projects such as inventory risk analysis and production line analysis.
• Continuously strive to improve operations, decrease lead times, and streamline processes by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Provide ad hoc reports and analyses as requested.

• 7+ years progressive finance/FP&&A experience
• B.S. in Finance or Accounting
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred
• MBA or CPA preferred
• SAP experience a plus
• Advanced Excel and business modeling skills required
