Position: Surgical Technologist Certified - Labor & Delivery - Days - Per Diem
Hourly Pay Range:
$26.61 - $39.92 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

  Days, 7am - 7:30pm rotating weekends and rotating holidays

What you will do:

• Acts as a surgical scrub person by performing any combination of tasks before, during and after surgery to assist the surgical team.
• Hands instruments and supplies to surgeon, holds retractors, cuts sutures, and performs other tasks as directed by surgeon during the operation.
• Observes immediate use sterilization guidelines
• Wipes down equipment using germicides. Cleans operating room. Assists with turnover

What you will need:

• Must be a graduate from an accredited Certified Surgical Technician program or equivalent
• Current BLS Certification issued by American Heart Association
• National certification through the Association of Surgical Technologists is required. If applicant does not possess certification at time of hire, must obtain it within 18 months of hire date.
