Position OverviewWe are hiring a full-time Pharmacy Technician to support day-to-day pharmacy operations, including prescription workflow, documentation, packaging/shipping, inventory receiving, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role is best suited for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a structured, SOP-driven environment. Experience in specialized pharmacy workflows (including compounding environments) is preferred, but not required.
Schedule & Location- Full-time, on-site
- Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm

- $22–$25/hour

- Enter and update patient and prescription information under pharmacist supervision, in accordance with state law
- Generate and maintain accurate documentation (labels, work logs, shipping documents, and supporting paperwork)
- Communicate professionally with patients and prescribers’ offices regarding refills and prescription-related information as permitted
- Prepare completed orders for dispensing or shipment; assist with packaging and organization of outgoing orders
- Receive incoming shipments and assist with inventory organization, lot/expiration tracking, and restocking
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment; follow safety procedures and SOPs
- Support the team with additional pharmacy tasks as needed to keep workflow moving
- Pharmacy technician license/registration in Illinois (or ability to obtain quickly, depending on your hiring preference)
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with documentation/checklists
- Reliable attendance and ability to work efficiently in a production-style workflow
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs
- Professional communication and a respectful, team-first attitude
- Experience in a fast-paced pharmacy operation (retail, specialty, mail-order, or similar)
- Experience with specialized pharmacy workflows, quality documentation, packaging/shipping operations
- Exposure to compounding pharmacy environments (sterile and/or non-sterile)
