Occupational Therapist – Home Health – PRN – Elmhurst, IL. Symbria is hiring a Per Diem (PRN) Occupational Therapist to join its Home Health Rehab Team, serving patients in Elmhurst and surrounding areas. As a PRN Physical Therapist (PT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

• Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Experience in acute care, long‑term care and/or rehabilitation is a plus.
