Working in Rehab Services at Endeavor Health:
Our mission is to put patient outcomes first and serve both our organization and the community. Patients are scheduled one‑on‑one for 45 minutes with the goal of keeping patients with the same provider from start to finish. We offer competitive internal education to support growth and maintain mandatory requirements. For new grads or those with less than three years of experience, mentorship is provided.
The primary population is orthopedic physical therapy, with additional services in occupational and speech therapy, and specialties in hand, neuro, vestibular, pelvic health, pediatrics, and lymphedema.
- Provide evaluation, treatment, and follow‑up services to physician‑referred patients.
- Prepare and maintain accurate patient records, including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, and billing.
- License: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Illinois.
- Education: Graduation from a program in physical therapy approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation (C.A.H.E.A.) of the American Medical Association, or the American Physical Therapy Association, or its educational equivalent.
