Hourly Pay Range

$19.62 - $30.41 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Full Time - 40 hours/week
• Hours:
  
  Evening Shift (2:30 pm - 11:00 pm); every other weekend and rotating holidays required (Approx. 4-5 holidays per year)

• Education (Required):
  High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Certifications (Required):
  Current License as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Illinois and one of the following:
  • Current Pharmacy Technician Certification or must obtain CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) within 90 days of hire.
  • Successfully passed the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the Exam for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians (ExCPT) examination pending certification.
  • Current Pharmacy Technician license with “Student” designation issued by the State of Illinois.
• IV room experience preferred.

Assists pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, maintaining the drug inventory and maintenance of records. Works under the supervision of a registered pharmacist.
