Certification as a Nurse’s Aide is preferred but not required; the pay rate ranges from $18.50 to $20.00 per hour. The Resident Assistant will perform tasks such as vital signs, personal care, medication reminders, and documentation, while adhering to HIPAA and safety protocols.
