Endeavor Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Med Reconciliation to support the admission process by collecting Home Medication History and documenting accurate medication data under pharmacist supervision.
You will work in the Emergency Department and, as needed, inpatient floors, with rotating evening shifts (11am-9:30pm or 12pm-10:30pm) and full-time 40 hours per week. Illinois licensure and certification eligibility required.
