Endeavor Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist at Elmhurst Hospital in Elmhurst, IL. This part-time role covers 40 hours per 2-week pay period with rotating swing and PM shifts, including every other weekend and rotating holidays.
Candidates should have a Pharm
D. (preferred), residency with 2+ years clinical pharmacy experience or 5+ years in the field, an Illinois pharmacist license, CPR, and ACLS. Responsibilities include coordinating clinical services and developing workflows.
