Avg pay per 60‑min massage:$52–$62 (includes gratuity) Advanced services:
Up to $80 for 80–100 min treatments Steady schedule with loyal guests & members W‑2 position – We handle marketing, and supplies so you can focus on massage

• Signature/Relaxation Massage - 60 min - $52–$56
• Advanced Deep Tissue/Sports/Salt Stone - 60 min - $57–$61
• Extended Modalities - 80–100 min - $63–$80

Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments Average therapists gratuity: ~$20 included Experienced therapists at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $70K–$75K+ annually Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses

• Full-time or part-time
• Weekend/evening availability preferred
• 10-minute turnover between services
• Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60 minute massages
