• Source, recruit, and interview professionals for permanent career opportunities.
• Build relationships with candidates and guide them through the hiring process.
• Present qualified candidates to existing clients.
• Develop new client relationships and grow your own book of business.
• Manage client accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stay informed on hiring trends and industry developments.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and clients.

• Professional, positive attitude with a desire to learn.
• Sales, recruiting, account management, customer service, business development, or related experience is a plus, but not required.
