LaSalle Network is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a seven-person recruiting team in Elmhurst, IL. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is looking to build a strong foundation in talent acquisition. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Support special projects for the recruiting team
• Assist with interview scheduling and day-to-day recruiting coordination
• Review resumes and confirm basic candidate information, including licensure status, as needed
• Work within iCIMS and support text-based recruiting campaigns
• Use Dayforce, SharePoint and Web Ex as core daily tools
• Provide additional administrative and recruiting support to keep hiring processes moving efficiently

• No prior professional recruiting experience required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a team
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Willingness and ability to work fully onsite in Elmhurst five days per week
• Interest in building a career in recruiting or talent acquisition

• Build hands-on experience in talent acquisition and recruiting operations
• Gain exposure to widely used recruiting and HR technology, including iCIMS and Dayforce
• Work alongside an established recruiting team and learn the fundamentals of the hiring process
• Strong potential for permanent placement through the contract-to-hire structure
• Opportunity to develop transferable recruiting, coordination and candidate management skills
