Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to lead operations across both on-premises and cloud environments. In this role, you will ensure systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with business objectives while driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with a collaborative IT team, providing mentorship and overseeing daily operations to tackle complex issues effectively.

• Lead the day‑to‑day IT infrastructure operations to ensure system reliability and security.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Mentor and support the IT staff in their professional development and technical skills.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain effective and reliable infrastructure support.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Operations & Support within enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise in Cloud & Hybrid Systems Management, including incident response and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of Network & Security Operations, with a track record in change management and documentation.
• Experience with Application Support and Integrations in a multi‑site environment.
