Overview
We are looking for a VP of IT, Digital Applications to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
This executive-level role will lead the strategy, development, and optimization of enterprise digital applications, driving innovation, scalability, and business alignment across the organization.
Responsibilities- Define and execute the IT digital applications strategy, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives
- Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, and other business systems)
- Partner with executive leadership and business units to identify opportunities for digital transformation and process improvement
- Oversee application lifecycle management, including upgrades, integrations, and system enhancements
- Drive data-driven decision-making through improved systems, reporting, and analytics capabilities
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of all digital platforms
- Manage vendor relationships, including software providers and system integrators
- Build and lead a high-performing IT applications team
- Oversee IT governance, budgets, and resource planning
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends to maintain competitive advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including enterprise applications oversight
- Strong experience with ERP, CRM, and enterprise system implementations
- Proven track record in digital transformation and business process optimization
- Experience managing large-scale IT projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with cloud-based systems, integrations, and modern IT architecture
- Executive leadership role with strong influence on business and technology strategy
