ADAS Customer Support Technicians are the face of the remote services that we offer and are not a traditional call‑center position — it is a high‑skill, high‑impact technical support role that directly affects vehicle safety and customer satisfaction.
This role requires customer interaction via telephone and online chat to perform remote vehicle scanning, programming, and Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) calibrations to help the collision shop get the customer’s vehicle calibrated and back on the road safely.
This position is not remote and requires consistent, in‑person attendance to perform all essential job functions.
Key Job Responsibilities- Perform remote vehicle scanning, programming, and calibrations for the collision shop via telephone and online chat. Document the work performed and generate the related invoice.
- Collaborate with our ADAS Customer Support Techs and Team Leads about best practices, training opportunities, and career growth.
- Access the OEM software tools and service information to ensure all procedures are followed and calibrations are completed successfully.
- Other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1 to 3 years working in a technical field or technical call center environment required
- Strong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft or Google environments
- Superior customer service skills required
- Ability to read and learn OEM service information and procedures
- Strong problem‑solving capabilities required
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers required
- Ability to multi‑task required
- Automotive experience or automotive education experience preferred
- Must be able to hear on a telephone and at times with others speaking

$24.50 - $30 / Hourly
