Elmhurst University is seeking a part-time Technology Support Specialist to assist students, faculty, and staff with technology resources. The role includes providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and managing the Technology Service Desk during evening hours.
The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree, customer service experience, and knowledge of Microsoft and Apple operating systems. This position requires multitasking and the ability to provide quality support in urgent situations.
Work hours are Monday to Wednesday, 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM, with potential additional hours on Thursdays.
