Progressive Mechanical Services, a family-owned company established in 2017, is looking for a dependable Commercial Service Manager to join our team.

$90, annually + bonus opportunities

Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm with occasional weekend hours initially to work side-by-side with leadership at the start of employment

• Work with a team of knowledgeable HVAC professionals in a collaborative environment

• Lead, mentor, and manage HVAC service technicians, including scheduling, performance reviews, and training
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, ensuring satisfaction and timely contract renewals
• Oversee service schedules, preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and dispatch
• Provide technical guidance for diagnosing and repairing complex HVAC systems
• Manage departmental budgets, approve costs, and ensure profitability
• Enforce safety protocols, lead regular safety meetings, and ensure regulatory compliance
• Prepare service invoices and performance reports, maintaining accurate records of all service work

• Proven leadership experience in HVAC service management (commercial experience preferred)
• 5-7 years of experience in HVAC installation or service field, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role
• Highly organized, with experience managing schedules, invoicing, and coordinating teams
• EPA Certification is required (additional industry certifications required)
• Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
