PositionSummary
The Director of Supply Chain is a transformational leader responsible for end-to-end supply chain strategy and operations, including Spare Parts Logistics, Parts Procurement, Fleet and Sub-Contractor relationships. This leader drives operational excellence, digital transformation, and continuous improvement, ensuring the supply chain delivers exceptional customer experience, cost efficiency, and resilience. The Director will champion innovation, sustainability, supplier governance, and collaboration across all supply chain functions, aligning strategy with organizational goals and growth.
The Director of Supply Chain will establish structure, cadence, routines, and expectations for each functional area of responsibility. The Leader will focus on delivering exceptional customer experience, workforce development, cost efficiencies, and profitability. As a member of the Operations leadership team, the Director Supply Chain sets annual goals and quarterly objectives for their teams, providing direction, resources, communication, and coordination in support of the wider organization.
This role partners closely with the Field Operations, Part Repair Depot, Technology and Customer Success Teams to drive profitable growth and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies supporting business objectives, customer satisfaction, and long-term growth.
- Lead transformation initiatives to automate and integrate supply chain functions, leveraging recent investments in systems and tools, i.e. AI.
- Foster a culture of innovation, professional development, and continuous improvement within the supply chain team.
- Engage in strategic customer discussions in support of operational excellence and customer/partner executive escalations and/or representing CI initiatives in direct to customer communications.
- Oversee warehousing, distribution, reverse logistics, and repair processes to maximize fill rates, minimize resolution times, and optimize inventory levels.
- Build scalable, digitally-enabled logistics operations supporting just-in-time replenishment and real-time inventory visibility.
- Own all freight-related elements, including cost management, quality impact, and service performance.
- Lead the parts purchasing group, establishing supplier/vendor selection processes, scorecards, and governance review cadence.
- Negotiate strategic supplier agreements to drive cost efficiency, improve margins, and secure favorable terms.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives across procurement practices, i.e. vendor managed inventory.
- Develop and implement standardized processes for supplier evaluation, selection, and onboarding, including scorecards and governance review cadence.
- Ensure suppliers meet all required qualifications, certifications, and compliance standards (insurance, legal, ethical, and sustainability requirements).
