Executive District Manager Wendy's
All-Star Management, DBA Wendy's, is growing. We are looking for an Executive District Manager. This position will report to the Director of Operations, be responsible for a 5-restaurant market, and oversee 1 District Manager.
In this role the Executive District Manager will be responsible for executing Wendy's 5 Core Competencies.

Creates and communicates a vision for the districts based on the company business plan. Communicates the districts changes and provides a clear expectation of those changes. Provides follow up on all results in the districts. Coaches and role models to move the business forward. Has a high personal standard and sets clear expectations. Shares best practices for the districts.

Build common ground within the districts. Communicates across all levels of positions within the restaurant. Holds and plans regular meetings. Effectively manages conflict.
Develops Self and Others:
Staffs and seeks talent within the districts. Ensures that those wanting to advance could grow within the districts. Delivers on commitment to team and peers.
