Position Overview

As a Regional Manager, primary responsibilities include:

  • Report to the Executive Vice President to achieve strategic goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of branch managers and sales professionals across a group of retail branches within a defined geographic region.
  • Drive results through talent management strategies, behavior-based coaching and developing a team of direct and indirect reports to achieve their full potential and meet business objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between the retail branches and support areas by leveraging relationships with product and line of business partners to benefit the customer and achieve sales/financial results.
  • Oversee recruiting, hiring and training within the region.
  • Responsible for overall financial performance of the defined region, budget adherence, growing the customer base and increasing the number of customers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Must meet all NMLS requirements.
  • Proven leadership abilities and strategic management skills.
  • Thorough understanding of branch financials and business acumen and knowledge of financial products and services.
  • Superior interpersonal, organizational, communication (both written and oral), and telephone etiquette skills.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self‑starter, motivated, energetic, with excellent time‑management skills.
  • Minimum of 10 years in the mortgage industry and 5 years in a retail banking management role.
  • Encompass experience preferred.

Compensation

The estimated minimum salary for this role is $75,000, along with eligibility to earn monthly commissions. Actual salary may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s location, qualifications, skills and experience.
