Saltbox is opening a brand‑new Chicago market with its Elmhurst location. As General Manager, you’ll build the team, establish the member community, and run the location as a business from day one.
You’ll own occupancy, retention, and revenue targets, creating scalable systems and operating playbooks for future Saltbox sites. You’ll hire and lead 2–4 teammates, oversee onboarding, and ensure the location hits its operational standards.
