Barton Staffing is currently looking for an Assembler for our client located in Addison.
Temp to Hire position.
Monday to Friday.
1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm.
Pay rate $16-$18/hr depending on experience.
Major Responsibilities/Activities- Ability to read work orders and perform work as indicated.
- Build, test, calibrate components and/or assemblies to meet tolerances and product specifications.
- Use hand and power tools to build products to specifications.
- Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
- Clean parts to established procedures.
- Clock in/out of production software, claiming completed and scrap pieces.
- Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes according to established procedures.
- Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
- Place finished goods in the designated area.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Perform other functions as required.
