Job Type:

• Full-Time
• Temp-to-Hire

Production Balance Technician Duties:

• Set up and operate balancing machines to balance rotating equipment accurately.
• Perform balance corrections using machining, drilling, grinding, milling, and welding methods.
• Document balancing work, measurements, and results according to quality standards.
• Operate shop equipment safely and assist with general shop and facility operations.
• Support deliveries to customer locations and assist the Shop Manager as needed.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Overtime available on Saturdays and Sundays as needed

Pay:

• $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Production Balance Technician Requirements:

• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on equipment experience.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing or shop environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn new skills.
