Your impact

Picture this: a product changeover is on the schedule. You configure, calibrate, and verify that equipment meets spec, then document the results. Midway through the shift, a mechanical hiccup appears—you trace the issue, replace worn components, and the line is back to full speed. Later, you walk a new teammate through safe operation and daily care checks, reinforcing a culture of safety and accountability.

What you’ll do Configure machines and complete calibrations to meet production specifications.

Carry out routine maintenance and timely repairs to keep lines running.

Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues with urgency and care.

Track equipment performance and maintenance records precisely.

Collaborate with production to improve efficiency and throughput.

Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Help train and mentor new staff on machine operation and maintenance.

What you bring

High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework or certification is a plus.

Proven background in machine setup and maintenance within manufacturing.

Mechanical savvy paired with strong analytical problem-solving.

Comfort reading technical manuals, prints, and schematics.

Commitment to safe work practices and established procedures.

Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, when required.
