CNC Tooth Grinder – Industrial Machinery

We're seeking a skilled CNC Tooth Grinder, for all three shifts, to join a growing team focused on producing high-precision components for industrial machinery. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, understands tight tolerances, and thrives in a metal manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do:
- Set up and operate CNC gear grinding machines to perform tooth grinding on gears and related components
- Work with steel and alloy materials to produce parts used in heavy industrial equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain precision and efficiency
- Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and precision gauges
- Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals
What We're Looking For:
- Experience operating CNC machinery in a metal manufacturing or industrial setting
- Background in gear grinding, tooth grinding, or precision machining preferred
- Strong understanding of tight tolerances and machine setups
- Ability to read complex prints and follow detailed specifications
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work
