Registered Nurse Coordinator Specialty Programs

Hourly Pay Range:

$40.45 – $62.70 – The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Coordinate applicable program(s) and other initiatives, providing clinical and administrative leadership throughout the patient care continuum.
• Coordinate and evaluate operations and clinical program processes to ensure delivery of quality patient care.
• Assist leadership in establishing goals for the program to provide patient‑focused quality care, patient satisfaction, and cost‑efficient care.
• Directly oversee and assume responsibility for applicable program regulatory accreditation.

• Current Illinois RN licensure
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Current CPR for Healthcare Providers
• Self‑starter, able to handle periods of high stress
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, climbing and repetitive hand use
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and carry/push up to 20 lbs
• Effective communication in English, both written and verbal
