Hourly Pay Range

$40.45 - $62.70 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Coordinate applicable program(s) and other initiatives, providing clinical and administrative leadership in patient care.
• Coordinate and evaluate operations and clinical program processes to ensure delivery of quality patient care.
• Assist leadership with establishing goals for the program to provide patient‑focused quality care, patient satisfaction, and cost‑efficient care.
• Provide direct oversight and responsibility for program regulatory accreditation.

• Current Illinois RN licensure
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Current CPR for Healthcare Providers
• Self‑starter, able to handle periods of high stress
• Comfortable with prolonged periods of standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, climbing, and repetitive use of hands
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and carry/push up to 20 lbs.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
