Hourly Pay Range

$40.45 - $62.70. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Coordinate applicable programs and other initiatives.
• Provide responsibility and accountability for programs, delivering clinical and administrative leadership across the patient care continuum.
• Coordinate and evaluate operations and clinical program processes to ensure quality patient care.
• Assist leadership in establishing program goals for patient‑focused quality care, patient satisfaction, and cost‑efficient care.
• Oversee regulatory accreditation for applicable programs.

• Current Illinois RN licensure
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Current CPR for Healthcare Providers
• Self‑starter, able to handle periods of high stress
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, climbing, and repetitive use of hands
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and carry/push up to 20 lbs.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English
