• Manage operations of the assigned nursing unit.
• Supervise the activities of all clinical staff on the unit.
• Provide guidance and education to clinical staff.
• Instill a positive and inclusive facility culture.
• Ensure infection prevention practices are maintained.
• Ensure adequate staffing for residents’ needs.

• Unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (R.N.) license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum two (2) years of R.N. experience.
• Prior experience managing a nursing department or unit and five (5) years of R.N. experience preferred.
