Role:
Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, working night shifts, providing professional nursing care according to state regulations and hospital policies.
Responsibilities:- Assess patient conditions
- recognize changes
- plan and evaluate care
- monitor progress
- document observations
- delegate tasks
- collaborate with team members to meet unit goals
- Associate degree or higher in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred within five years if only an associate degree)
- 1+ years of emergency department experience
- current Illinois RN licensure
- CPR, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications within three months of hire
- Critical thinking
- patient assessment
- team collaboration

- adherence to clinical standards.
- Deliver quality nursing care
- monitor patient status
- document accurately
- work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
