• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Full-Time
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | Full-Time
• Must be available to work every other weekend

As a CNA, you will provide hands‑on care and support to residents while helping maintain their comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and other mobility needs
• Assist residents with meals and hydration
• Take and record vital signs as directed
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
• Follow individualized care plans and facility procedures
• Work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals as part of the care team
