What you’ll doOwn dimensional verification: first piece, in‑process, and final inspections

Safeguard the supply chain by inspecting incoming materials and approving outgoing orders

Turn requirements into reality by reading blueprints, specs, and control plans

Program and execute CMM routines on manual and CNC systems (PC‑DMIS / Modus preferred)
Operate a full suite of instruments: micrometers (/OD), calipers, bore gauges, dial indicators, CMMs, Hofler gear inspection machine, tooth verniers

Maintain a compliant system through scheduled calibration and accurate records

Contain nonconformances, assist with corrective actions, and prevent recurrence

Coach operators on correct measurement techniques

Support PPAP / ISIR packages, capability studies, and first article documentation

Keep quality files, reports, and customer documentation organized and audit‑ready

Contribute to internal audits and supplier quality activities

What you bring2–4 years of manufacturing and/or quality assurance experience

Skilled at blueprint reading and applying precision measurement tools

Competence in basic math and geometry

Proven calibration experience (required)
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Experience with bevel gear manufacturing (preferred)
Comfort working on a fast-paced production floor in a precision environment
