The Seasonal Sales Associate is the face of the brand, delivering a customer‑first experience through engaging interactions, product knowledge, and exceptional service. You will support sales, visual merchandising, and operational excellence in a fast‑paced retail environment.

• Deliver personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Build sales by maintaining a consumer‑centric mindset and modeling selling behaviors.
• Share relevant product, brand, and community knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals using available resources and tools.
• Assist with visual merchandising, product replenishment, and maintaining brand presentation standards.
• Perform cashier duties and support loss‑prevention initiatives as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑ready store environment.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Model inclusive behavior that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (hands‑on experience and achievements valued).
• 0–1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to engage comfortably with a diverse group of customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing business needs.
• Customer service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including basic retail systems and applications.
• Ability to stand, move, and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight.

$17.00 - $24.75 USD per hour.
