Summer Sales Internship

Trans Chicago Truck Group is hiring two Sales Interns for Summer 2026 to support our Isuzu Truck product line. This is a hands‑on role built around learning the full sales cycle and turning that knowledge into real customer conversations. Over 10 weeks (40 hours/week), you’ll prospect, conduct outbound outreach, and help drive the sales process from first contact through later‑stage deal support.

• Learn Trans Chicago’s business, products, and internal systems
• Prospect and build a target list of companies for outbound outreach
• Make outbound outreach through cold calls and emails to set appointments with customers
• Facilitate compelling conversations that uncover customer needs and handle objections
• Shadow sales reps and visit customers when appropriate
• Work with the sales team through the late‑stage sales cycle, including contracts and negotiations
• Partner with marketing on outreach materials and lead‑generation efforts (events, social posts, and collateral support)

• Currently a junior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sales, Business, or Supply Chain Management
• Self‑starter; able to work well on a team or independently
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and an acute attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite to include Word and Excel is required
• Must provide their own transportation to work and living accommodations in the local area

• Compensation: $20/hr
