Progressive Mechanical Services is a locally owned HVAC/R contractor serving commercial clients across Chicagoland - including country clubs, fitness facilities, manufacturers, and managed properties. We're looking for a driven B2B Sales Representative to expand our commercial base through service agreements, maintenance contracts, and project work.
This is a prospecting and relationship role. You'll meet with facility managers and property owners, conduct site walkthroughs, and close agreements that create lasting value for clients and recurring revenue for the company.
Pay RangeOn target earnings of $120, annually; base plus commission

Monday through Friday, 7:00 - 4:30pm
Your Role as an B2B Sales Rep- Prospect and develop new commercial business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Build strong relationships with facility managers, property managers, and business owners
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer needs, operations, and long-term service goals
- Prepare and present proposals tailored to customer needs
- Perform site visits and facility walkthroughs to identify opportunities for service agreements and solutions
- Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets
- 2+ years of proven B2B sales, business development, or commercial sales experience
- Experience in the construction, HVAC, or service-based industries is required
- Strong relationship-building and communication skill
- Self-motivated with the ability to prospect and develop new business opportunities
- Comfortable conducting onsite client visits and facility walkthroughs
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for customer meetings
- Reliable, professional, and motivated to grow within a small business environment
