This mechanic/technician role performs preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and complex repairs on equipment in the safest and most effective way possible to avoid downtime. Our fleet primarily includes aerial work platforms, general construction tools, and equipment. Specialty lines locations may have large‑scale power generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas related equipment.
Education or Experience- High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired
- 5+ years of mechanic experience with similar diesel equipment and/or heavy equipment or specialty lines equipment (large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC or oil & gas equipment) strongly preferred
- Must be able to provide mechanic’s tools of the trade.
- Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting skills.
- Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required.

Hourly Wage Range$52.05–$54.05 per hour. The hourly wage depends on the agreed rate under the terms of the collective bargaining agreement for this location.
