Advantage Building Services LLC is seeking a dependable and motivated Chimney & Fireplace Technician to support one of our valued clients, Chicagoland Fireplace and Chimney Restoration Co. Established in 1996, the company has proudly served the Greater Chicago area with professional chimney and fireplace repair services and is known for exceptional workmanship and customer service.

• Inspect chimneys and fireplaces for cleanliness and safety.
• Clean and maintain chimneys and fireplaces using specialized equipment.
• Remove debris and creosote buildup from chimneys.
• Repair and replace damaged chimney components as needed.
• Service gas, direct vent, and wood-burning fireplaces.
• Educate customers on chimney safety and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate service records.
• Follow safety policies and industry regulations.

• CSIA Certification preferred (training assistance available).
• Experience as a chimney sweep or similar trade preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and safely.
• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift equipment.
• Knowledge of CRM/appointment software is a plus.

• Reliable and dependable with excellent attendance.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Active cell phone required for communication and scheduling.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record preferred.
