We are looking to hire multiple window cleaner applicants.
Window Cleaner position applicants must be over 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license and a car or truck for use daily for work. Gas reimbursement weekly. Health Insurance available (after 90 days).

• Experienced high rise workers rate of pay up to $20.00 plus per hour depending upon experience, plus overtime time and a half for over 40 hours.
• Starting Rate of pay is $18.00 per hour without experience, overtime time and a half for over 40 hours.
• Paid on the job training is provided, no experience is necessary.
• For this Specialty Maintenance job you must be able to lift a five gallon bucket throughout the day.
• Must be able to carry and climb ladders. Work may include working outside during the summer months.
• Some of the job sites may require security clearance.
  This is a full time job and the start time is 7am daily.
• Additional opportunities to work on Saturdays is required during peak months. Overtime paid for over 40 hours a week.
• Must have car or truck for daily use, all window cleaning equipment is supplied by SBM.

Advancement and wage increase based upon experience and work performance.
