• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong Apex development expertise
• Experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Experience supporting or modernizing Aura Components and Visualforce
• Salesforce integration experience utilizing REST APIs
• Strong understanding of SOQL and Salesforce data modeling
• Experience with asynchronous Apex solutions
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
• Experience with Git source control methodologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
• Salesforce App Builder certification
• Salesforce Architect certifications
• Experience with Agentforce or Prompt Builder
• Healthcare, logistics, transportation, or regulated-industry experience
• CI/CD pipeline exposure
• Experience working with large-scale Salesforce environments

• Design and develop custom Salesforce applications
• Modernize legacy Salesforce functionality
• Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems
