- Trip Coordination:
Process incoming transportation requests from patients, nursing homes, and medical brokers. - Route Optimization:
Assign vehicles and map efficient routes to ensure on-time pick-ups and drop-offs. - Dispatch & Fleet Management:
Communicate in real-time with drivers to monitor progress, handle delays, and reassign trips as needed. - Compliance & Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage, billing documentation, and meet regulatory or Medicaid broker standards. - Customer Service:
Handle rider inquiries, address complaints, and ensure an accommodating, safe passenger experience.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience:
1+ years in healthcare logistics, dispatch, or high-volume transportation scheduling required. - Technical
Skills:
Proficiency with dispatch software, GPS navigation applications, and Microsoft Office. - Soft Skills:
Ability to multitask under pressure, strong geographical knowledge of the local area, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Experience:
1+ years in healthcare logistics, dispatch, or high-volume transportation scheduling required. - High School Diploma or GED required (Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in logistics or business preferred).
- Ability to pass background and drug screenings.
- Familiarity with ADA requirements and Medicaid broker portals preferred.
- Must be a licensed driver.
